Initiative Health Check.  Initiatives of all sizes can suffer from a whole host of challenges and setbacks, and it’s critical that any organisation can quickly diagnose the root cause of these problems and identify appropriate remedies.  That’s exactly what our health check product does.  We’ll run an independent and objective eye over your processes, people, governance and more to help work out what’s going wrong and what can be done to fix things.  We tailor the size of our intervention to the clients needs, availability and priorities.

Initiative Discovery & Set Up.  Getting started can be a real challenge.  Often the task of properly identifying and sizing a change or transformation initiative, obtaining resources, implementing delivery and governance structures and navigating the investment process can be daunting.  This is where our Discovery and Set Up service comes to the rescue.  We bring our experience and objective viewpoint to the table and help the organisation to properly capture requirements, facilitate critical stakeholder discussions, build roadmaps and plans for delivery, understand the resource requirements, identify potential risks and issues and then craft an investment case fit for any approvals process.

Initiative Delivery & Support Services.  We can provide a number of products and services to help any client with the delivery of their initiative.  This can range from a strategic partnership approach where we take on partial ownership of delivering the desired outcomes and share the risk of delivery with the client.  If that approach isn’t quite right for you and your organisation, then we can provide tailored and specialist services such as project/programme leadership & management, project/programme support offices, or purely project related resources on a time and materials basis.  We work with both traditional waterfall approaches, agile approaches and everything in between!

Operating Model Design.  Significant transformation activities often involve important changes to an organisation’s operating model.  We have a lot of experience with re-engineering operating models and designing target operating models for organisations.  We would understand and may the current operating model to provide an agreed baseline to work from, then identify improvements across Processes, Organisational structure, tooling and technology, and data and information.  These improvements would be collated into the Target Operating Model, providing the client organisation a blueprint for future operations.  Whilst they can be provided independently,  our target operating model products and services are usually delivered alongside our Initiative Discovery and Set Up services.

Start Up to SME Support.  Many ‘start up’ businesses struggle with the transition to a fully functioning small to medium size enterprise.  That’s generally because this transition requires significant transformation of ways of working.  When a business is newly created, it often thrives by throwing good people at emergent problems.  Within a small organisation that approach is absolutely fine.  However, when things start to scale quickly, this approach becomes inefficient and unsustainable.  We work with Start Up businesses at the point of transition to help them understand their current operations, ways of working and then, in partnership with them, design and implement new ways of working that will support rapid scaling.

Training & Learning Products & Services

Project & Programme Management Courses.  We can provide certified and recognised project, programme and PMo related courses for both individuals and teams.  We can also deliver tailored training in support of change and transformation initiatives that may be running within the organisation.  To ensure that we deliver the right training for the client, we offer to undertake a short training needs assessment of the organisation and the affected people.

Agile Qualifications & Coaching.  As well as more traditional project and programme management training, we can assist organisations with building agile capabilities and certifications.  We can provide individual and group training covering agile introductions, Scrum Master, Product Owner and then subsequently provide ongoing coaching to assist with continuous development and implementation.
